This policy covers the website at starmate.app, operated by StarMate App Inc. It does not cover the StarMate iPhone app, which uses no cookies and no web tracking; what the app collects is described in the Privacy Policy.

Because nothing here requires consent, there is no banner and no preference centre. A banner that controls nothing would be a fake control, and we don't do those.
Hosting
starmate.app is served through Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type) to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set a security cookie on some requests when it needs to distinguish a browser from automated traffic; that cookie is strictly necessary, contains no personal profile, and is described in Cloudflare's cookie documentation. Confirm which Cloudflare features (Bot Fight Mode, Web Analytics, challenges) are enabled on the production zone; if Cloudflare Web Analytics is switched on it must be documented here as an analytics technology.
How this was verified
The site is static HTML, CSS, fonts and images with one small script that opens and closes the mobile menu and records the language choice described above. It loads nothing from other domains. You can confirm this in your browser's developer tools (Network and Application panels).
If this changes
If we ever add a non-essential technology — for example, privacy-respecting analytics — we will update this page with the provider, purpose, duration and data category, update the Privacy Policy, and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before it activates, with a choice that is as easy to withdraw as to give.
